JIM WHAPLES (COOKER T.)

Jim Whaples is the co-founder of Cooker T. Ministries. His background includes a successful sales career in the corporate world. He teaches unique motivational management courses and lectures on the benefits of laughter in the workplace.

Jim is the author of the book, Thinking Outside Serious, in which some of his students who are corporate CEOs, executives and managers, share their thoughts on how the art of clowning taught by Jim changed their lives.

Terry Whaples

Terry Whaples is a recognized family travel expert whose family-friendly resort amenities and kid-themed rooms have become industry standards. Terry has developed and launched three worldwide brands and room-types for Holiday Inn® including SunSpree® Resorts, Kidsuites® and the first Nickelodeon™ Family Suites by Holiday Inn®.

Although Terry has earned a business degree, an MBA and was a CPA, President and Operating Partner of several hotels, she holds her Clowning Certificate and her Ventriloquist Performer Certification in highest esteem.

As co-founder of Cooker T. Ministries with her husband Jim, Terry shares her faith by presenting the the Good News of Jesus Christ through her performing arts which include ventriloquism, clowning, balloon sculptures, paper tearing, cartoon drawings, face painting and bell choirs.
