performances on Safety, and Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Abuse.

Mission workshops
- VENTRILOQUISM
- In fun, friendly conversations with adorable puppet characters we tell
the stories of the Bible and teach the lessons of Jesus Christ. Terry’s
characters are often seen doing a few magical illusions on their own to
get the “point” across.
- ILLUSIONS
- Using sleight of hands and optical illusions, we appeal to the natural
curiosity in everyone. We dip into our considerable bag of tricks to
perform fun and engaging magic as we spread the Gospel.
- CLOWNING
- Laughter is a universal language. And clowning is a wonderful vehicle
for us to bring joy to people of all ages, from young children to seniors,
while imparting the message.
- STILT WALKING
- What better way to illustrate the story of David and Goliath, entertain
during a fall festival or to add that special touch to meet and greet
newcomers. Talk about stretch goals, Terry met hers at 7 ft. 3 in.
- BALLOONING
- Squeezing, twisting and stretching balloons into recognizable animals and
objects, we engage the audience’s attention as we share God’s truths.
Balloon twisting is another way of making Christian programs more
exciting.
- PAPER TEARING
- In this unique demonstration we fold and tear sheets of paper to magically
create words like “Love” and “Joy” that serve as our talking points about
the Old and New Testament stories.
- CARTOON DRAWINGS
- Using only markers, paints and paper, we do creative storytelling, bringing
parables of the Bible to life.
- FACE PAINTING
- Children love having little pictures painted on their face. And every picture
gives us an opportunity to talk to them about their beliefs and the love of
Jesus Christ. This is a great skill for anyone going into the mission field
and for community activities.
- BELL CHOIR
- We engage the audience to be the “performers” using the Kristal Hand Bells.
Through the use of multi-colored bells, color-coded cards and fully orchestrated
background music, participants from 3 to 93 years young have all enjoyed
playing these hand bells.
Through creative performing arts, Cooker T. Ministries offers a compelling
means to preach the Gospel. Combining entertainment with teaching,
we are able to share with our audiences how to have a personal relationship
with Jesus Christ, which will bring both joy and meaning to their lives.
